In order to improve the quality of our work, MG Associates has made great effort in installing quality systems and in ensuring that we "get it right".  We are ISO9001 QA approved which is externally assessed, and also approved through Constructionline, the Construction Directorate of the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions.

The latter assesses technical, managerial and financial standards before granting approval.  

Part of our ISO9001 accreditation requires us to regularly approach our Clients and ask for feedback on how we have performed during work on their behalf.  With each report we send out, therefore, we send out a feedback form.  The results of these are held on file and scrutinised by our QA Assessor.

So, in the unlikely event that you do have a grievance with the way we have performed, then please let us know via the feedback form (or by e-mail, fax, telephone or how you wish).  Rest assured that we do take criticism seriously and make every effort to improve our systems to avoid those rare criticisms that we do get.
